Refund Policy

Every piece is made to order from your audio. We want you to genuinely love it — here's exactly how revisions and refunds work, in plain language, with nothing hidden.

First, we make it right — free revisions

When you can get a refund

Because this is a personalized digital product — made uniquely for you, with nothing to physically return — refunds are for a genuine problem with the product, not for a change of mind after a correct piece was delivered. You are covered if:

You have 30 days from delivery to report a problem. Please give us the chance to fix it first — a refund applies only if we genuinely can't make it right.

What isn't refundable

This keeps it fair both ways: you get a piece you love and unlimited help to get there, and the guarantee isn't used to obtain a finished, personalized product for free.

How to request

Email hello@soundvows.com with your order number and what's wrong. We reply within 24–48 hours.

How refunds are issued

Gumroad is our Merchant of Record and processes all payments and refunds. Once a refund is approved, Gumroad returns the amount to your original payment method. Gumroad's own Terms also apply to your purchase.

Duplicate or failed charges

If you were charged twice or a payment failed, contact us or Gumroad and we'll sort it out quickly.
