These terms govern your use of soundvows.com and your purchase of a personalized soundwave piece. By ordering, you agree to them.

The product

A personalized digital artwork generated from the audio and details you provide, delivered as high-resolution, print-ready files. It is a digital product — nothing is physically shipped unless a physical add-on is explicitly offered and purchased.

Orders & payment

Orders are placed and paid through Gumroad, our Merchant of Record. Gumroad is the seller of record for the transaction, processes your payment, handles applicable sales taxes/VAT, and issues your receipt. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Gumroad's Terms.

Your audio & content

You confirm you have the right to use any audio and text you submit and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful content. You keep ownership of your audio; you grant us permission to use it solely to create your piece. If a third party brings a claim arising from content you provided, you agree to be responsible for that claim.

License & intellectual property

You receive a license to use your finished personalized piece for personal, non-commercial use — print it, hang it, gift it. We retain all ownership of the Soundvows engine, templates, brand and website. You may not resell or redistribute the artwork, or use it commercially, without our written permission.

Delivery

Pieces are made to order and delivered digitally, typically within 48 hours. See our Delivery page for details.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, submit unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to copy, scrape or reverse-engineer our engine.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". Screen colors may differ slightly from print. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Copyright

We respect intellectual property. If you own rights to material you believe appears here without permission, email hello@soundvows.com and we'll review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page.

Governing law & contact
